M. Sharipov is the Chief Executive Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC (hereinafter – “the Company”), is the Chair of the Management Board, establishes the development strategy, determines the prospects and areas for international cooperation and the HR policy. He coordinates and manages the activities of Chief Officers and Managing Directors. M. Sharipov represents the Company’s interests in the government, law enforcement and judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international organizations on the Company’s matters.

In 1988, he graduated from the Obninsk Nuclear Power Engineering Institute with a degree in Heat Power Engineering of the Nuclear Power Plants and Installations Faculty.
M. Sharipov began his career in 1988 at the Nuclear Physics Institute of the Academy of Science of the Kazakh SSR as a maintenance engineer of the Experimental Reactor Unit.
From 1992 to 2008, he held various positions at the Atomic Energy Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which was later reformed into the Atomic Energy Committee under the RoK Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
From December 2008 to 2013, he worked as Atomic Energy and Industry Director at the RoK Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the RoK Ministry of Industry and New Technologies and the RoK Agency for Atomic Energy.
From August 2013 to October 2014, he chaired the Atomic Energy Committee under the RoK Ministry of Industry and New Technologies.
M. Sharipov began his career at NAC Kazatomprom JSC in September 2015 as Director for NFC Projects. In July 2017, he was appointed to the position of Managing Director for NFC. In January 2021, he was appointed to Chief NFC Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
On September 3, 2021, he was appointed to the position of the Chief Executive Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

Chief Operating Officer coordinates and controls the activities of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates on the issues of geological exploration, subsoil use, mining and development, uranium mining and processing, production asset management, including power and mechanical support, capital construction, process control systems, technical regulation, metrology and standardization. He participates in identifying priorities for scientific and technological development of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Chief Operating Officer coordinates and controls the activities in the field of implementing the policy on rare earth elements of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Yerzhan Mukanov was born in 1977 in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He graduated from Satpayev Kazakh National Technical University in 1999 with a degree in Metallurgy of non-ferrous metals, and completed postgraduate studies in 2003 at the Institute of Metallurgy and Enrichment on the line Metallurgy of ferrous, non-ferrous and rare metals. In 2009 he graduated from Paris School of Mines (IEcole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Paris) majoring in Economic Assessment of Mining Projects. In 2021, he completed the course Executive MBA - Strategic Management and Leadership of Almaty Management University and St. Petersburg State University. Yerzhan Mukanov is currently studying at the National Research Technological University of Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys (Doctor in Business Administration). He has scientific publications and patents in the field of hydrometallurgy of precious metals.
Ye. Mukanov began his career in 1999 as an engineer of the laboratory of special methods of enrichment and hydrometallurgy at the Institute of Metallurgy and Enrichment under the RoK Academy of Sciences.
In the period from 2004 to 2006, he worked as a process engineer at Almaty Heavy Engineering Plant JSC.
He began his career with Kazatomprom’s group in June 2006 as a process engineer at JV KATCO LLP. From 2012 to 2014, he worked as production development coordinator at AREVA Mines. After that, he has held senior positions in Kazatomprom’s subsidiaries and affiliates - JV KATCO LLP, Kazatomprom-SaUran LLP, Karatau LLP and Semizbay-U LLP.
In March 2022, he was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.
Yerzhan Mukanov does not have other part-time jobs.
In accordance with the main priorities of the development strategy of NAC Kazatomprom JSC and to ensure long-term value, Chief NFC Officer manages the development of the nuclear fuel cycle (NFC) and nuclear energy technologies (NET). Chief NFC Officer is responsible for the implementation of projects aimed at the creation of new high-tech NFC production facilities in Kazakhstan and the production of uranium products of higher value added, and organizes work on the search and selection of new promising projects in the field of NFC and NET and the transition to their implementation, as well as the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation with partners in order to achieve the strategic goals of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

He began his career in 1995 as a leading specialist of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the period from 1996 to 2011, he worked as an engineer at the Institute of Atomic Energy of the National Nuclear Centre of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a manager at the Association “Institute for Non-proliferation” (later the Association “Centre for Assistance to Non-proliferation”). Since January 2008, he has been appointed as Executive Director of the Non-proliferation Assistance Centre Association.
Dosbolat Sarymsakov started to work in NAC Kazatomprom JSC in April 2011 as the manager of NFC Projects Department. In October 2017, he was transferred to the position of NFC Projects Department Director.
In September 2021, he was appointed as Chief NFC Officer.
Since 24 September 2021, he is the member of the Management Board of NAC Kazatomprom JSC.

In accordance with the main priorities of the business development strategy and taking into account the requirements of the market, Mrs. Syzdykova, as Chief Financial Officer manages the financial activities of NAC Kazatomprom JSC and its S&As in order to maintain the Company’s financial stability, maximize profits, and achieve its strategic targets. The CFO oversees and coordinates activities and communications with the investment community, monitors projects to improve and optimize the work of the financial department, and ensures the necessary financial resources are available for the subdivisions. Mrs. Syzdykova also ensures the Management Board, Board of Directors, government agencies, investors and other parties are provided with timely, complete and accurate financial and managerial information on all aspects of the Company's activities.

He began his career in 2004 in the structure of Kazakhtelecom JSC enterprises as an electrician of linear structures. Alibek Aldongarov has extensive experience in the design of telecommunication systems in the representative office of Iskratel LLC, as well as in the field of support and development of information systems in the position of the Technical Support Director and Deputy Chair of the Management Board of Banking Service Bureau of the National Bank of Kazakhstan JSC. He has seven years of experience in the nuclear industry in managerial positions in Baylanys-NAC LLP and KAP Technology LLP. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of General Director of KAP Technology LLP.

Askar Batyrbayev is responsible for the formation of a strategy in the field of marketing and sales, coordination and control of the marketing and sales activities of the Company. He implements key projects in the field of marketing and sales, and manages the organization of the work of Trading Company. Askar Batyrbayev provides forecasting of market demand and monitors the long-term market conditions, forms a sales development plan for sales channels, an optimal sales portfolio, and a price offer in the domestic and foreign markets. He is developing and implementing a system for constant monitoring of high quality customer service. A. Batyrbayev manages key external relationships for the commercial activities of the Company and supervises the implementation of the Transformation Program and the expansion of the company's market share in all key markets.
